Recipes - Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free

Making peanut-free, egg-free treats for parties can be a bit of a pain but the folks at Muffins inc. make it a little easier.  Their All-in-one package is $20.00 and contains 1 bag of chocolate chip, 1 bag of cocoa, 1 bag of cornmeal and 1 bag of carrot mix.  Just add water, sunflower oil, and vinegar to the mix and your set.  You can make muffins or cakes from the mix but for a cake lower the temperature slightly and cook a little longer.  Use a cake-tester to be sure.
